You are responsible for providing your own IPTV playlists (such as M3U URLs).
We do not provide, host, or endorse any IPTV content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any playlist or content you use in the App is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to view it.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is the property of Vainly Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vainly Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any content accessed through user-provided playlists.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, the updated Terms will be made available within the App or on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be revised.
