• Vainly is designed as a personal journaling and calendar tool to help you record and track information from your fertility monitor.
• The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

• You should always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions about your health, fertility, or medical condition.
• Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information recorded in or generated by the App.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

• All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device.
• We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal data.
• If you enable device or iCloud backups, your App data may be included in those backups under Apple's control.
• Data backups and restores are performed manually by the user. These files are encrypted and the user is solely responsible for storing these files securely and safely.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you record in the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.
• The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health, fertility, or medical care based on your use of the App.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from use or misuse of the App.
